helpful, I jusst found out you have to reveal your source of organic traffic for them to count. I don't really like that, but I guess it prevents the use of surfing sites and other robotic uses.

Banners Broker is registered either in Belize or the Isle of Man. Their WW headquarters in Canada is a low-cost virtual receptionist service.

You need to do a little more homework; there are many red flags about this company. Before you send your son and daughter any further down a rat hole, you might want to learn a little more about the rat you are playing with.

I agree with many of the statements/questions you raise in reference to the decision(s) Mr. Burks made. They make no sense if your attempt is to defraud the public/Government. I would go further to state their are material errors in the SEC complaint filed for the emergency court order. I believe this was an attempt to stop the growth of a company that was more than lifting average Americans out of poverty - it was also undermining Government financed and controlled financial institutions. On the second part of your blog, I personally, would NOT recommend hiring an MLM attorney. I would advise people to seek attorneys in their area that have experience in Bankruptcy/Receivership law. Having direct access and a clear financial arrangement being the main objective here. Also, you should only hire that attorney if your investment exceeds $5k - otherwise file your own claim with the Zeekreceivership web site put up by the SEC appointed Receiver.

It looks odd to me that SEC and other institutions didn't know nothing about this until now, when they closed Zeek doors. I find this whole situation "fishy".

too bad, zeek was good for all of us. Now that all the money is in the hands of the american govt, how do we outside the usa get our money back, at least part of it?

This company had never defaulted on any of its payment to the affiliates. Payments to affiliates came in a clock work fashion. Looking at the cash reserves it seems that the company was not going to default in the near future.

I disagree with this statement.
The company defaulted on my July 23rd payment. No one would own up to the error. Not the e-wallet, and customer service just said "all payments have been made. Just be patient".
I was able to connect with a support group where there were people there from Head Office or so it seemed. People were complaining that they had not received their monies..some in June, many in July. One man was out over 100k.

something important to say...if you have past due commissions (this really stinks we know) and you have sent in your details to one of the mods...we forward those details in a structured manner to the proper department for resolution...it's all there and recorded and in place...a system that will get the job done.

however...it is a process...and it will take some time to get to everyone. please try and have some faith in zeek that no matter how long there will be a resolution..again we know this is very troublesome to those affected and can cause some hardship...we do appreciate your patience on this now and your willingness to continue to move forward with zeek in a positive manner while they are working behind the scenes on all issues...knowing that eventually yours will come up and be resolved.

you sound correct about what you write, would there be a way for all affiliates to get together and fight this with the scc, they just scammed us out of our business and money along with the Zeek organization.
